Berguzar is a winery established in \u00a0Denizli province\u00a0where is the second largest grape producing region in Turkey. 98841 da. area\u00a0 <\/span>are used for wine grapes in especially\u00a0 <\/span>\u00c7al<\/a>, Bekilli ve G\u00fcney region .The region has 17 wineries. The\u00a0\u00a0Winery has a great place\u00a0among vineyards at the altitude of 858m\u00a0in Selcen neighborhood of town of \u00c7al.<\/a><\/p>\n All the grapes\u00a0used for wine are collected within 30 km radius. All the grapes are crushed for wine within a couple hours after being harvested.<\/p>\n In addition having this special advantage in winemaking, the region has also been famous with its wines since the ancient times. All the artifacts recovered in region suggested that wine was made and transported to other regions as well.<\/p>\n Our company\u2019s winemaking\u00a0 <\/span>practice employs a mixture of traditional, local grapes such as \u00c7alkaras\u0131, \u00d6k\u00fczg\u00f6z\u00fc, Bo\u011fazkere\u00a0 <\/span>and modern, imported varieties (whose ancestors may well have originated here). The increasingly global red-wine portfolio of\u00a0 <\/span>Cabernet Sauvignon<\/a>,\u00a0Merlot<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0Syrah<\/a>\u00a0is available.<\/p>\n The winery<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n Winery itself is\u00a0 <\/span>strategically located among the vineyards in north south axis. Heat isolated cement modular panels was used in building to maintain stable heat\u00a0 <\/span>inside and protect wines from daily heat changes from outside temperatures.
